24 Hours of Tremblant

24h Tremblant
December 11-13, 2009

Join Senators defenceman Chris Phillips and his wife Erin for the 9th edition of 24h Tremblant December 11-13, 2009! Chris and Erin are official Ambassadors of the 24h Tremblant event.

Recognized as the premier ski relay event of its kind in North America, the 2008 event hosted a record 1,700 participants on 210 teams. This friendly race is a relay-style ski-o-thon, lasting 24 consecutive hours. Participants must form teams of 4 to 12 people, in an attempt to ski the most kilometres on the course in 24 hours. Different categories are available making the event accessible to adrenaline junkies as well to those who just want to join in and help make a difference.

An amazing $1,060,275 was raised at the last event to support the Sens Foundation, Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau in Montreal and the Tremblant Foundation. In just three years the event has contributed $625,000 to the Sens Foundation. As a result this event has had a vital and lasting impact on hundreds of children and youth in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec because of its relationship with the Sens Foundation.

Please support the Sens Foundation and the work they do in our community with funds received by the 24h Tremblant event. Register a team today. This year the goal is to have 50 teams from the Ottawa/Gatineau region participate while raising as many donations as possible for the designate charities. .

To register your intent to participate, please contact Colleen Clark at the Sens Foundation by calling 613-599-0323, by email clarkc@sensfoundation.com or you can register online here
