Since 1992, the Ottawa Senators and the Sens Foundation, through their annual dinner/soirée event, have provided more than $1 million to charities in the region. This year the event will raise funds for the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, CSSS de Gatineau Foundation, Montfort Hospital, Queensway Carleton Hospital, Roger’s House and Rotary Home.
The 2008 Bell/Sens Soirée – Wild West evening presented by Samsung is set to take participants back to the late 1800’s - the setting of an old Wild West village come to life. Event participants will enjoy an exciting evening of gaming, dining, auctions and entertainment alongside Senators players, the Sens Better Halves, Alumni, as well as famous cowboys, saloon girls, and others.
