The 7th edition of the 24h of Tremblant, a massive skiing marathon held Dec 7-9, 2007, was a huge success, and in only 24 hours raised $1,021,386 for children’s charities supporting kids with cancer. The event, which has graciously committed an incredible $225,000 to the Sens Foundation and Roger’s House, is the social rendezvous hot spot of the winter season. More than 1360 skiers and snowboarders, media reps, artists and celebrities gathered for a festive weekend celebration.

“We are happy to be involved with the Sens Foundation and by the same token, with the 24 hours of Tremblant. Erin and I believe strongly in this event in that it raises awareness and funds for charities supporting children and their families dealing with very difficult cancer health issues.”
Senators Defenceman Chris Phillips
“Skiing has been a big part of my life and I have attended a lot of events. I have to admit this one is one of the greatest events in the Canadian Ski industry in view of the number of participants and the money raised. I am honoured to have this opportunity to give back to those in our community who need it the most”.
